RETURN and CHANGE
You have the right to return your orders for your abroad address, but you can not exchange the item.
In case of dissatisfaction with your product, first of all, contacting our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to report the problem will help us to prevent the same situation from repeating your next shopping.
The product you will return must have an undamaged package, not used, damaged as a result of a usage error, and its re-salability feature must be intact.
No specific delivery company is required for your shipment, and you can send it with the local delivery company of your choice.
In order for the returned package to be clearer in the delivery operation, we recommend that you choose the English Return Form and place it in your package pocket so that it does not fall off the package. The cost of returning your return cargo will belong to you (the customer).

For your product price to be refunded, your package must be delivered to our company.
Make sure to take note of the tracking number of your return shipment from your delivery company.
Delays may occur in return processes for products which the delivery tracking number is not stated. When the arrival record of your package is viewable on our system, your payment will be made excluding shipping costs.
